Laura Mannen, who currently serves as the Forest Grove School District’s dual language and Spanish literacy teacher on special assignment (TOSA), will become Echo Shaw Elementary School's principal on July 1. She is replacing Perla Rodriguez, a decorated teacher and administrator who served the district for 25 years.

Starting this summer, Echo Shaw Elementary School will have a new principal.

Laura Mannen, the Forest Grove School District’s current dual language and Spanish literacy teacher on special assignment (TOSA), is slated to begin her new position on July 1.
